• Join the Infrastructure Team as a Senior Cloud Backend Engineer.
• Work on deploying and supporting service infrastructure in Kubernetes.
• Identify and build tools for major initiatives.
• Help design robust and scalable systems.
• Scale and optimize multiple databases.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support platform reliability.
• Design and build complex infrastructure from conception to production.
• Provide observability and monitoring across systems.
• Collaborate with other teams to accelerate developer velocity.
• 3+ years of experience required in backend or infrastructure engineering.

Requirements

• Located in the New York tri-state area.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms, especially GCP.
• Hands-on coding experience in Node.js, TypeScript, or Python.
• Strong communication skills and ownership mindset.
• Experience with CI/CD and Git.
• Ability to quickly assess incidents and understand platform impact.
• Solid judgment under pressure.
• Experience with monitoring systems like DataDog and Grafana.
• Bonus skills include Kubernetes and Knative.
