In Short

  • Manage designated sales pipeline and make outbound calls and visits.
  • Negotiate terms and close new business.
  • Consultatively position our distribution platform.
  • Engage with prospective customers based on their needs.
  • Overcome objections and identify solutions.
  • Represent our brand and platform professionally.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with various teams for a smooth sales cycle.
  • Travel for trade events and internal meetings as needed.
  • Exhibit determination and resilience in challenges.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of sales experience, preferably in an online company.
  • Native Dutch with good English proficiency.
  • Experience in restaurant/F&B distribution preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with territory and pipeline management using Salesforce or CRM tools.
  • Good communication skills in English and relevant languages.
  • Results-driven with a hunter mentality.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Confident, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
