In Short

  • Drive growth on the ground: schedule, demo, and close for a global brand.
  • Build relationships and showcase technology through live demos.
  • Face-to-face role with uncapped earnings potential.
  • Make outbound calls to schedule in-person meetings.
  • Negotiate terms and close new business partnerships.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Work closely with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Represent the brand at client meetings and industry events.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of sales experience, ideally in online, hospitality, or restaurant distribution (HORECA).
  • Native Portuguese speaker with strong English skills.
  • Strong negotiator with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing a pipeline with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • A hunter mindset: results-driven, energetic, and adaptable.
