Overview

Alta Planning + Design seeks a Central Florida Market Leader with a planning, engineering, or design background to join and help grow and lead our teams throughout the Orlando and Tampa regions. This is a unique opportunity for anyone who wants to manage an office, and is passionate about active transportation and the way it positively impacts our communities in need.

• Lead Central Florida teams in planning, engineering, and design.
• Manage an office and grow client base in Orlando and Tampa.

• Work closely with Boca Raton leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Planning, engineering, design, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting or public entity managing large projects.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in active, non-motorized transportation.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Adobe Creative Suite, ESRI Arc GIS.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong professional ethics and accountability.
