Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing technical talent.
• Proficiency with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology.
• Ability to engage passive candidates effectively.
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with hiring teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Knowledge of technical assessments and screening.
