As a (Senior) Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be the go-to expert for hiring in some of the fastest-growing companies across Europe, setting up smart hiring processes and working closely with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role.
• Proficient with ATS tools and hiring data analysis.
• Ability to optimize the hiring funnel for better processes.
• Think like an in-house recruiter focused on long-term impact.
• Understand the balance of data and positive candidate experience.
• Use insights and data to drive meaningful hiring decisions.
