Overview

The People Operations Specialist I at TREND Health Partners is responsible for supporting day-to-day people and culture operations, focusing on employee lifecycle administration, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.

In Short

  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and respond to inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Perform data entry and maintenance in HRIS systems.
  • Assist in planning employee engagement activities.
  • Draft internal communications for engagement programs.
  • Provide administrative support for People & Culture projects.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance employee experience.
  • Support compliance audits and documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR support or coordinator-level experience.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
  • Experience in coordinating internal events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation platforms is a plus.
