The District Manager will lead Store Managers of multiple Trek stores, focusing on hospitality, sales goals, and employee development.

  • Located or willing to relocate to the Bay Area.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of multi-unit retail experience.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the Bay Area preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Ability to empower Store Managers.
