Overview

The Treering team is seeking a part-time, contract Technical Writer to ghostwrite compelling thought leadership content for our executive team. This role is perfect for a strategic storyteller who can translate technical concepts into insightful, polished articles that resonate with a broader audience.

In Short

• Ghostwrite thought leadership articles, blog posts, and op-eds on behalf of our executive leadership team
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to uncover story angles and technical differentiators
• Translate technical features and innovations into engaging, digestible content for non-technical audiences
• Research industry trends and data to support storytelling and strengthen our point of view
• Tailor writing to various channels, including our website, LinkedIn, industry publications, and more

Requirements

• Proven experience writing for or ghostwriting on behalf of executives or tech leaders
• Strong portfolio of thought leadership or technical writing work (please share samples)
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies and distill complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives
• Familiarity with the SaaS, AI, or print-on-demand industries is a plus
• Excellent interviewing, research, and editorial skills
• Self-starter who can work independently and deliver high-quality work on schedule
