Overview

Treering is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence and product delivery across the company, working with teams across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing.

• Lead end-to-end project management for internal initiatives and client-facing implementations.
• Serve as a liaison between Treering and client teams.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead kick-off meetings and status updates.
• Proactively identify risks and resolve issues.

• Build scalable processes for client onboarding.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of project management experience.
• Strong track record in managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with remote teams.
• Ability to handle quick deadlines.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
