Requirements

• Degree qualification in a construction related discipline.
• A chartered member of a recognised professional institute (MRICS, CIOB, MAPM or equivalent).
• Experience of building positive client relationships.
• Sound technical project management knowledge.
• Understanding of Health & Safety and Environmental legislation.
• Valid driving licence.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• Positive and collaborative approach.
• Experience in administering UK building contracts.
• Experience in delivering successful projects.
