Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Team. This position will lead projects from initiation to completion ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

In Short

• Coordinate program execution in line with strategic goals and resolve team issues proactively.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and invoicing, ensuring compliance with all terms.
• Monitor burn rates, EAC, and program budgets using UNANET or similar tools.
• Participate in client meetings and manage expectations to build strong relationships.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure staffing plans meet contract requirements.
• Manage budgets and drive financial outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive problem solver with strong decision-making capabilities.
• Transitioning military and/or Veterans with relevant specialties are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Experience Managing Federal Contracts and Subcontracts.
• Strong Financial Acumen.
• Effective Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills.
• Risk and Compliance Management Experience.
• Staffing and Team Coordination Capabilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing federal contracts.
