Requirements

• BS, BA, MS, or MA degree
• 2+ years of experience in teaching/training design or technical writing
• Background in education or training development
• Experience in the construction or maintenance industry is desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional research and time management skills
• Creative skills to generate ideas based on content needs
• Strong collaboration skills in a team setting
• Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings
