Technical Writer - Remote

Overview

The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for Solera’s products, including user manuals, API documentation, system architecture descriptions, and developer guides. This role requires strong technical and creative writing skills to produce high-quality content that clearly explains complex information.

• Create and maintain documentation for internal and external audiences.
• Translate complex product and technical details into clear language.

Requirements

• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience writing developer documentation and user-facing manuals.
• Strong grasp of technology concepts, especially in cloud-based software and healthcare IT.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with content management systems and version control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
