IT Service Desk Engineer (L3/ MSP) - Remote

Overview

The Remote MSP IT Engineer will be responsible for delivering technical support to clients entirely in a remote capacity, focusing on troubleshooting, maintaining, and securing client IT environments using remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools.

In Short

• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 remote technical support for client desktops, servers, and networks.
• Respond to and resolve support tickets via helpdesk, phone, and remote access tools.
• Monitor client environments through RMM tools to proactively identify and address issues.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Google Workspace.
• Manage remote patching, updates, and security hardening across client systems.
• Support backup and disaster recovery solutions remotely.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues (VPN, firewalls, DNS, DHCP).
• Maintain accurate documentation of client environments, solutions, and processes.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on remote IT projects such as migrations, upgrades, and cloud deployments.
• Provide clear communication to clients, ensuring excellent customer experience during issue resolution.
