Supervisor, Risk Management - Remote

Overview

The Supervisor, Risk Management role involves providing clinical risk management support to ensure patient safety and handle various risk-related issues within the assigned division.

In Short

• Provide day-to-day clinical risk management support.
• Coordinate with the Kidney Care Litigation Team.
• Review and triage Adverse Occurrence Reports.
• Document investigations in the Risk Event Management system.
• Develop action plans based on risk data.
• Provide education on risk management topics.
• Participate in Legal Department initiatives.
• Travel required: up to 10%.
• Flexible scheduling is necessary.
• Must comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Knowledge of CMS ESRD Conditions for Coverage.
• Minimum 3 years dialysis experience.
• Manager Clinical Services or Clinical Facility Administrator experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Flexibility with scheduling.
