Requirements

• Meets state regulations for practice in dialysis settings.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with clinical specialization.
• Knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Functional proficiency with DaVita applications within 60 days.
