Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• Specialization in clinical practice.
• Knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days.
