Senior Clinical Quality Auditor - Remote

Overview

The Senior Clinical Quality Auditor performs internal audits, analyzes and reports outcomes, and collaborates with clinical operations teams to identify areas for improvement and education.

In Short

• Prepares and performs internal quality audits.
• Communicates and resolves issues identified in audits.
• Assists with results interpretation for market leadership.
• Provides continuous quality improvement suggestions.
• Supports focal audits including design and reporting.
• Partners with auditors for coaching and intervention.
• Coordinates monthly team meetings.
• Structures data requests and performs root cause analysis.
• Reviews quality policies and processes.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A.D.N degree from accredited school of nursing; B.S.N preferred.
• Minimum of three years healthcare experience.
• Prior audit or quality experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills in MS Office.
• Travel required: up to 10%.
