Senior Analyst, Change Management & Deployment - Remote

Overview

The Change Management and Deployment Analyst will support the implementation of medium to large change projects using process improvement and change management methodologies, working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2-4 years of experience in Change Management/Organizational Development.
• Experience with large scale process or IT deployments.
• Healthcare background preferred but not required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage and integrate across work streams.
• Emotional intelligence and collaboration skills.
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Ability to present to senior audiences.
• Proven analytical skills and frameworks.
