Change Management Senior Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Analyst in Change Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of change management strategies and activities associated with various client projects and initiatives within the US.

Requirements

• Experience in Organizational Change Management.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and engage with leadership.
• Experience in training and development for large groups.
• Familiarity with applications like UKG Pro and ServiceNow.
