Reporting and Invoicing Analyst - Remote

Overview

pureIntegration is seeking a Reporting & Invoicing Analyst to support BEAD (Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment) project reporting and financial submissions. This role combines analytical, operational, and compliance functions, requiring a strong understanding of broadband infrastructure (OSP/Cable/Fiber) and the ability to interpret and report complex data.

• Fully remote position within the U.S.
• 12-month W-2 hourly engagement with likelihood of extension.
• Hourly rate between $40 and $45 based on experience.
• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting for BEAD projects.
• Gather and prepare data for BEAD submissions.
• Conduct analysis of BEAD application and contract requirements.
• Manage invoicing workflows for BEAD projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely invoicing.
• Provide detailed reports on invoicing progress.
• Strong analytical skills required for data interpretation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in broadband, telecommunications, or government-funded programs.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and produce high-quality deliverables.
