Junior Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support data analysis, validation, and quality assurance activities within a network reliability analytics team. This role is designed for an early-career analyst who has strong attention to detail, solid Excel skills, and a desire to grow into more advanced analytical work.

In Short

• Perform data collection, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Execute structured analysis in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
• Run predefined and customized SQL queries.
• Assist with reports, dashboards, and visual outputs in Tableau and MicroStrategy.
• Follow established workflows and validation procedures.
• Identify and escalate data quality issues.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Basic proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with Tableau and MicroStrategy.
• Exposure to Python is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work within structured processes.
