Junior Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

Are you passionate about working with data? Could your analytical skills contribute to our team's insights about the world economy and help business and government leaders make vital day-to-day decisions? We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst (JDA) to support our growing Production Team. You’ll play a vital role in the publication of our flagship economic intelligence reports by helping to automatize parts of our production process, in turn preventing costly human errors and boosting efficiency in Production. The JDA will also ensure that the daily department tasks are executed in a timely manner and that data quality is always a focal point. Moreover, the JDA will assist with data solutions in collaboration with the Head of the Department and support other departments such as Research, Production Data and Client Solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics or related field.
• Experience managing large databases.
• Intermediate knowledge of relational databases (SQL/MySQL).
• Basic VBA knowledge is a plus.
• Interest in Economics.
• Strong level of English.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Solid communication skills.
• Team player.
