Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience required; newly graduated RNs may qualify with LPN experience.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; BSN preferred.
  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surge is helpful but not required.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Commitment to patient care and quality improvement.
  • Compassion and empathy in patient interactions.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to float to various clinics as needed.
