Overview

As a Product Manager for our digital product team, you will drive product outcomes that solve critical business problems within our kidney care platform.

In Short

• Define vision, strategy, and OKRs for your product area.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product vision.
• Perform product discovery and delivery activities.
• Identify dependencies impacting product lanes.
• Partner with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams.
• Utilize data for decision making and tracking product performance.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Travel up to 25% for work-related purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4+ years of product experience in an agile environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in health tech products preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing organization.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Experience writing requirements for user stories.
• Knowledge of nephrology practices is a plus.
