Kidney Smart Educator - Remote

Overview

The Kidney Smart Educator will provide essential education and support to participants in the Kidney Smart program, focusing on Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) education through virtual interactions.

In Short

• Conduct virtual education sessions for CKD participants.
• Provide telephonic support including scheduling and education.
• Educate on dialysis modality options.
• Assist with data entry and program operations.
• Work with a diverse range of participants.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.
• Must have a clinical license or certification.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Skilled in working with participants facing various challenges.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Clinical license or relevant certification required.
• 5-10% travel for team meetings.
• Willingness to work nights/weekends if needed.
• Strong communication skills.
