Overview

The Nurse Educator at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is responsible for developing and delivering training programs for nursing staff and healthcare professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, Master's preferred.
• Registered Nurse license required.
• 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• 1-2 years of clinical education experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Leadership abilities to mentor nursing staff.
• Continuous learning and professional development commitment.
• Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support preferred.
