The Payments & Billing Transformation Senior Business Process Specialist will support the Payments & Billing Transformation initiative, focusing on functional and operational processes, while leading multiple business initiatives.

• Support Payments & Billing Transformation initiative.
• Review payment & billing systems for customers and agents.
• Provide leadership for multiple business initiatives.

• Develop and implement workflow solutions.
• Lead discussions on workflow solutions.
• Act as subject matter expert for Market Conduct Exams.
• Train and mentor staff.
• Become certified in Guidewire Billing Center.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• College Degree or equivalent experience.
• Property & Casualty business insurance billing experience.
• Guidewire billing center experience.
• 3 years experience with insurance business.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Knowledge of various systems and PC software.
• Developing project management skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proven customer service orientation.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
