Requirements

• 7+ years in client-facing consulting engagements.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, SAFe/Agile, Lean, Six Sigma are a bonus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Experience in process mapping and functional design.
• Knowledge of user research and design thinking.
