Overview

The Manager of Print Center Operations will oversee the daily operations of the Print Center, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and managing staff and resources effectively.

In Short

  • Manage a 3rd shift operation within the Print Center.
  • Ensure all schedules and service level agreements are met.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Monitor production metrics and hold the team accountable.
  • Participate in vendor management and issue resolution.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and staff training.
  • Embrace and champion change within the operation.
  • Collaborate with Lines of Business for resource management.
  • Maintain quality and timeliness in operations.
  • Handle simultaneous processing and technical issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Five years of experience in a large-scale Print Center operation.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software used in Print Centers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Intermediate math skills required.
  • Previous leadership experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
