Bilingual English-Spanish Call Center Representative - Remote

Overview

This is a remote position for a Bilingual English-Spanish Call Center Representative in Costa Rica, responsible for supporting customers using Tenant and Employment services.

In Short

• Answer inbound phone calls for Tenant and Employment products.
• Support customers screening individuals for rental housing and employment.
• Maintain knowledge of T&E products and services.
• Demonstrate understanding of T&E business processes.
• Adhere to established processes when responding to calls.
• Work with QA to improve performance based on feedback.
• Manage individual performance and adherence to schedules.
• Work U.S. business hours and be open to weekend shifts.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer care/support.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent Spanish and good English communication skills.
• Moderate skills in Microsoft applications.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Ability to adapt to change and manage time effectively.
• Understanding of U.S. credit/financial principles.
• Knowledge of U.S. criminal justice and rental housing systems.
