Remote Scheduler

Overview

DataForce is seeking a motivated Scheduler to work remotely from Portugal to schedule recording sessions for one of our Data Collection projects taking place in Lisbon, Portugal. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our project runs smoothly, appointments with project participants are efficiently scheduled and managed, and deadlines are met.

In Short

• Work remotely from Portugal.
• Freelance or Independent Contractor engagement model.
• 5.5 hours per day, 5 days a week.
• Responsible for scheduling recording sessions.
• Communicate with participants via phone or email.
• Screen applicants based on defined criteria.
• Manage daily schedules and handle cancellations.
• Provide logistics information and reminders to candidates.
• Must be fluent in Portuguese and have advanced English skills.
• Support project team with scheduling and coordination.
