Junior Instructional Designer - Remote

Overview

The Junior Instructional Designer will work as part of a team to facilitate the conversion of existing Storyline courses into Synthesia courses. Additionally, the Junior Instructional Designer will create new Synthesia content based upon topics by our customer.

• Export Content from Storyline
• Create new course content at direction of our customer.
• Prepare Scripts for Synthesia using AI tools.
• Standardize Design & Avatars utilizing preselected AI avatars.
• Generate Videos in Bulk using templates and batch generation features.
• Upload, Test & Deploy finished Synthesia courses into an LMS.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as Instructional Designer
• Prior experience with Storyline, Synthesia, or other e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong hands-on experience with creating training videos and marketing content.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across global time zones and teams.
