Overview

Red Nucleus is looking for an instructional designer with expertise in live and online workshop design and development.

In Short

• Design and develop engaging instructor-led training and distance learning content.
• Consult with clients and subject matter experts to understand content complexities.
• Deliver and facilitate Train the Trainer sessions.
• Assist in the development of proposals for new business development.
• Review/revise training materials for effectiveness.

Requirements

• Degree in education, instructional design, or organizational development.
• Experience in needs analysis and curriculum development.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
