In Short

• Creating engaging content for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn);
• Editing and assembling short-form videos (Shorts, Reels, TikToks);
• Monitoring current trends and memes, integrating them into content to attract and engage the audience;
• Analyzing content performance, adjusting communication strategies, and preparing reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an SMM Manager;
• Copywriting: ability to write texts of varying complexity and length;
• Perfect grammar and the ability to adapt writing style to the company's tone of voice;
• Creativity and a proactive approach to generating new ideas;
• Strong visual awareness and a solid understanding of current trends;
• Experience with graphic design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.);
• Engaging with users (responding to messages and comments);
• B2 level English proficiency or higher.
