Requirements

• 2 years of call center customer care experience.

• Excellent communication skills in Polish, Russian, and English.

• Strong knowledge of customer care processes.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
• Ability to communicate with discretion and professionalism.
