Overview

Our partner, a well-known international corporation, is seeking a Data Analytics Tech Lead (m/f/d) to join their team. This is a full-time position in the Düsseldorf metropolitan area, Germany (partial work from home is possible).

In Short

Lead a talented data analytics team of 7 individuals.
Focus on solving complex technical data challenges.
Manage the team in accordance with agile values and principles.
Collaborate with a Product Owner and Chapter Leads.
Balance people management and hands-on technical tasks.
Engage in strategic collaborations with stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in data & analytics.
Experience in roles like Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or Product Owner.
Proven track record in large enterprises.
Experience implementing agile values and principles.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Apache Spark.
Fluency in English at a C1 level.
