Principal Data Engineer - Remote

• Position available remotely or hybrid at Emerald Isle, NC or Cleveland, OH.
• Lead Data Engineering strategies for Data-at-Rest and Data-in-Motion.
• Hands-on contributor with full technical responsibility.
• Mentor and govern data strategies across the organization.
• Implement data storage and transportation best practices.
• Work with Product and Data Science teams to meet business objectives.
• Contribute to Standards Review Board for continuous improvement.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering required.
• Experience with Azure infrastructure and .NET/Python solutions preferred.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing Data-at-Rest and Data-in-Motion solutions.
• Understanding of Data Engineering best practices and integration patterns.
• Ability to ideate and execute data-driven initiatives.
• Act as a thought leader and mentor within an Agile environment.
• Clear communication and documentation skills.
