• Pay range is $120,000 - $160,000

In Short

• Lead and oversee all stages of the application development life cycle.
• Translate business requirements into actionable strategies.
• Guide the technical design process and oversee test case development.
• Supervise the coding/development process, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Conduct daily project standups to monitor progress and address impediments.
• Mentor and manage software developers, promoting professional growth.
• Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure software meets expectations.
• Develop clear and concise technical documentation.
• Direct sprint planning sessions and manage deployment strategies.
• Maintain detailed change logs for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Controls.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services and SDKs.
• Solid background in transactional web development and RESTful APIs.
• Strong project management competencies and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in a diverse set of programming languages and technologies.
• Experience in architecting and developing scalable web applications.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing development teams.
• Proven time management and organizational skills.
