Overview

The Clinical & Pharmacy Analyst bridges pharmacy practice, advanced informatics, and AI-driven decision support. This role is pivotal in scaling our Recommendation & Intelligence Engine to deliver precise, high-impact insights that improve medication safety, optimize therapy, and drive smarter engagement for members, providers, and care advocates.

In Short

• Expand and refine the Recommendation & Intelligence Engine for high-value pharmacy interventions.
• Partner with data science to design, train, and validate AI/ML models.
• Build prioritization frameworks for timely and clinically sound recommendations.
• Lead the design of AI-enhanced clinical decision support tools.
• Author and maintain decision support content for therapy decisions.
• Work with Clinical Platform team for seamless pharmacy recommendations.
• Support analytics for measuring effectiveness of pharmacy interventions.
• Translate clinical requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA, and patient safety regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize workflows.

Requirements

• PharmD required; active pharmacist license preferred.
• Master’s in Health Informatics, Data Science, or related field preferred.
• 3–6+ years in clinical pharmacy practice with informatics experience.
• Experience with AI/ML in healthcare.
• Collaboration with data scientists to convert insights into algorithms.
• Knowledge of EHR pharmacy systems preferred.
• Basic SQL and data analysis capabilities.
• Understanding of clinical coding standards.
• Experience with clinical quality measures and pharmacy performance metrics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
