Systems Engineer – O365 & Windows - Remote

Overview

The Systems Engineer – O365 & Windows is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting our Office 365 and Windows server environments for our approximately 1000 users across 8 locations in the US and abroad.

In Short

• Research, develop, and deploy Office 365 solutions.
• Collaborate with IT staff to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Administer O365 including performance, monitoring, and security.
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Provide training on O365 solutions and security practices.
• Integrate 3rd party applications.
• Stay updated on IT-related SaaS applications.
• Create and update technical documentation.
• Audit software licenses for compliance.
• Support Audio/Video for meetings and events.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Office 365 and its applications.
• 2 years experience with PowerShell, PKI, SSO, and Server patching.
• 3 years of experience administering an Office 365 environment of 100+ users.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Hands-on experience with Group Policy, Encryption, DNS, and PKI.
• Ability to manage user access to Office 365.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of network topology and troubleshooting.
