Staff DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Staff DevOps Engineer will be a key member of the Transact+CBORD Automation Group, responsible for designing and implementing automated CI/CD pipelines and maintaining secure delivery tools for cloud products.

• Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Document and maintain DevOps delivery pipelines.
• Develop standards for secure delivery tools in Azure and AWS.
• Work on automation and service reliability projects.
• Train engineers on best practices for DevOps tooling.
• Act as a steward of DevOps metrics.
• Collaborate with development teams using mixed technology stacks.
• Ensure compliance with customer SLA’s.
• Provide troubleshooting and problem diagnosis support.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software delivery and automation.
• 4+ years in product development in public cloud (Azure preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tooling (Terraform, Ansible).
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem diagnosis skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle aggressive timelines under pressure.
