Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in a top-tier or mid-tier law firm or in-house legal team.
• Strong focus on corporate governance and regulatory law.
• Proven experience in capital raising and high-value transactions.
• Exceptional contract negotiation and drafting skills.
• Exposure to tax law and compliance, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Prior international experience across multiple jurisdictions is a plus.
• Able to operate with limited guidance and deliver pragmatic legal solutions.
• Strong collaborator with a growth mindset.
