In Short

• Analyze shipping performance and customer feedback.
• Identify detractors in the shipping process.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and optimize operational efficiency.
• Conduct trend identification and root cause analysis.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor shipping KPIs.
• Collaborate with VOC Apparel & VOC Beauty Team Leaders.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and insights.
• Work in a remote-first environment.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in operations.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Experience in shipping/logistics - last mile.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis.
• Good understanding of NPS.
• Strong English language skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Positive work attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Able to monitor action items and KPIs.
• A responsible team player.
