Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at TradeCentric, you will support Account Executives in acquiring new business in the EMEA market, focusing on lead generation and nurturing prospects.

In Short

  • Support Account Executives in the EMEA market.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls and emails.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and digital events.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Solution Engineering teams.
  • Track lead generation activities using Salesforce.com.
  • Meet quarterly targets for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Work in a hybrid schedule with in-office and remote days.
  • Receive ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects through various channels including social media.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.

Requirements

  • College graduate or 1+ year of outbound lead generation experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative and proactive in researching leads.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and LinkedIn preferred.
