Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated College Baseball Manager to join our growing team. This newly created role—reporting directly to the Senior Manager of College Baseball/Softball—will be instrumental in expanding Trackman’s presence across all levels of collegiate baseball.

• Maintain Trackman’s presence among elite collegiate baseball.
• Manage relationships with college accounts across various divisions.

• Pursue revenue opportunities with existing college accounts.
• Conduct market research on trends in college baseball.
• Handle invoicing and ensure timely payments.
• Provide negotiation and administrative support for the business.

• Travel as needed for meetings and conferences.

Requirements

• A strong network in the collegiate baseball space.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in a collegiate or professional baseball role.
• Experience in sales and marketing strategies.
• Understanding of product development processes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-starter with a drive to succeed.
