Overview

As a Social Media Manager at ESN, you are responsible for managing our brand’s strategy in the UK market and you’ll strengthen our presence on social media and play a key role in developing and executing our social media strategies.

In Short

  • You are responsible for planning, implementing, and analyzing our social media strategy across all relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) in the UK market.
  • You develop creative and engaging content that reflects the ESN brand identity and resonates with our target audience in the UK.
  • You work closely with the international team and local partners to ensure our social media activities are aligned with the overall brand strategy.
  • You analyze the performance of our social media campaigns and derive actionable insights to improve reach and engagement.
  • You ensure that ESN’s brand message remains consistent across all social media channels, keeping our audience engaged with fresh content and campaigns.
  • You build up our accounts for the UK market and ensure engagement with the community.

Requirements

  • You have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • You bring 1+ years of experience in social media marketing and have successfully managed social media campaigns for brands (preferably in the FMCG or sports nutrition industry).
  • You have a deep understanding of key social media platforms and tools and know how to create content that appeals to various audiences.
  • You are skilled in social media data analysis and use insights to continuously optimize your strategies.
  • You are a team player and enjoy working cross-functionally and you are familiar with the specifics of the UK market.
  • You speak fluent English on a native level, other languages (e.g. German, Spanish, Italian) are considered a plus.
