Legal Counsel with Focus on Trademark, Competition and Contract Law - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Legal Counsel (m/f/d) specializing in trademark law, competition law, and contract law. The position is based in Hamburg, offering flexible home office work.

In Short

• Responsible for monitoring the trademark portfolio, registering new trademarks, and handling trademark disputes.
• Review and manage competition law disputes.
• Support various departments in reviewing and drafting contracts, especially influencer contracts and competition law issues.
• Design and conduct internal training sessions on competition law and trademark law.
• Coordinate collaboration with external lawyers.
• Utilize Legal Tech and tools to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer (gn) with at least two years of professional experience in trademark, competition, and copyright law.
• Solid knowledge of contract and civil law; experience in influencer law, sponsorship, event law, or health claims regulation is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and ability to present complex matters clearly.
• Structured, independent, and practical working style in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and ability to act as a business partner with sound risk assessment.
• Very good German and English skills, as well as proficient MS Office skills.
