Overview

We are looking for a legal expert to join our legal department, focusing on real estate contract law. This position is available in full-time or part-time, offering a secure workplace with a commitment to work-life balance.

In Short

• Support and advise the board and various departments on real estate and contract law matters.
• Expert in clarifying legal real estate questions, especially with the Land of Berlin and project developers.
• Responsible for drafting real estate contracts, including purchase agreements and rental contracts.
• Ensure legal advice at all levels of the company.
• Manage the creation and implementation of security concepts for BVG facilities on foreign properties.
• Engage in negotiations and contract discussions.
• Provide legal short opinions and statements.
• Act as a liaison with law firms for claims management.
• Participate in the development of legal strategies.
• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

• Completed legal studies with a focus on real estate law.
• Extensive knowledge of real estate law and contract law.
• Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness.
• Excellent communication skills across all hierarchy levels.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and legal databases.
• Knowledge of the structures of the Berlin administration is a plus.
